Albert was born on August 21, 1942 and passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2018.

Albert was a resident of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Al earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from Mansfield University and a Master of Arts degree in Conducting from the College of New Jersey.
